SDR MANAGER

 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

 

This is a new role due to team growth. The SDR Manager will report to the CRO. The SDR Manager will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve key business goals.

 

  • Establish and maintain process 
  • Recruit, lead, coach and motivate a growing SDR team  
  • Work closely with the wider Sales teams and organisation: Marketing and Sales Ops
  • Focus the efforts predominantly on outbound prospecting and pipeline development
  • Implement SDR Playbook and communication cadencing
  • Help and support each SDR in constant skill development
  • Build, track and optimize all processes surrounding top of funnel execution
  • Ensure quality and depth of the data in Salesforce
  • Work with the team on forecast predictability and accuracy
  • Provide regular feedback to management on team and individual performance identifying areas for growth, improvement and development

 

ABOUT YOU

 

We generally don’t have hard and fast requirements - everyone is different. Core attributes and skills we are hoping to see highlighted in your application are:

 

  • Proven experience leading a fast-paced inside sales team of SDRs, BDRs, Inside Sales execs or similar
  • Passionate by the challenge of working for a business with ambitious growth targets
  • Proven track record in:
    • building a new team
    • Setting and organising process/procedures
    • Constant funnel optimisation

 

 

Your background…


  • Minimum 2 years of outbound prospecting experience 
  • At least 2 years of team management experience
  • High level of energy to manage and lead a young team
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platform highly regarded

 


Nice to have...


  • Technical knowledge. Ability to understand and explain technology concepts in Cybersecurity
  • Fluent in a second language would be highly considered (French, German, Spanish)
